RETURNS

Under our Free Return & Full Refund Policy, we strive for your complete satisfaction.

 

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return the item(s) immediately with our delivery team or within 7 days to our store located at 49 Woburn Avenue (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for a full refund, including delivery fees.

Please note that our Free Return Policy does not apply to products that have been exchanged, sold in-store, assembled, customized, and/or made-to-order.

To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly recommend being present at home on the day of delivery. If you find that the item(s) does not meet your expectations, simply return them to our delivery team.

For a successful return, all item(s) must be in an unused condition, free of any damage, and should not have any odor, stains, or signs of wear. In the case of mattresses, they must be returned in their original unsealed packaging for hygienic reasons. If the original packaging has been removed for other furniture, please ensure that it is re-packed securely to prevent any damage during the return. Kindly note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns where the product is damaged and/or appears to have been used.
