Do you deliver eanywhere in SA?

Our delivery service is currently restricted to Johannesburg & Pretoria

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat fee of R390 per order when placed on-line. At our store, the delivery is calculated based on the kilometers travelled from the store to your home

Can I collect my order?

Collection can only be done when goods are purchased in-store. No collections alllowed for orders placed on-line.

Can I choose the day of my delivery?

If specific day(s) of the week suits you better to receive delivery; do not hesitate to suggest it

in the comment box when checking out. The final delibery day will be communicated at least 2 days prior.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Orders placed on-line are delivered on weekdays only; our main warehouse doesn't operate on saturdays. If saturday is the only availability you have, the best option would be to shop in-store where deliveries can be arranged done saturdays.

Will the delivery team fit the furniture in my home

Provided access to your home is unobstructed and safe, our delivery team will carry and unwrap your furniture inside your home.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, a product purchased from us can returned; either immediately with the same delivery team, within 7 days from collection/receipt if still in its original packing, or within 2 days from receipt/collection if no longer in its original packing.

Do you charge a re-stocking fee?

No we don't charge a restocking fee. But you will be liable for the cost delivery, and/or collection when applicable.. Check our T&Cs for more details.

What happens if my couch is damaged ?

We will exchange the return the damaged product and exchange it. We have a very good control over our delivery process and these instances are very rare.
