You can cancel your order at any time free of charge, by sending an email to info@furnitureclearance. 




Your order will be delivered in your home, the room of your choice, provided doing so doesn’t put members of the delivery team or goods at risk of possible injury or damage. Once in your home, the delivery team is under your responsibility. If you aren’t available on the day, ensure an adult you trust is present. Any adult found in the home will be considered duly authorised to receive your order.

Consolidated delivery; different orders going in to the same area are grouped on the same load. This option is free but requires patience and flexibility. Delivery will take place, on a weekday only, between 7 to 10 working days after the order was placed and will be confirmed at least two days prior.

When making arrangement to ensure presence on the day of delivery, take into consideration that many factors out of our control often delay ETA provided. For convenience, our driver will call you when 30 minutes away from your home. If the driver could not be granted access 30 minutes after arriving at the address provided, he will leave and your delivery will be either rescheduled or cancelled.


Same-day delivery; Orders received before 13:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders, received after will be dispatched the following day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).


Planned delivery; You choose the day of delivery, not the time (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

In order to protect our business model, and guarantee our customers continue to benefit from the adavatages it offer, we have a zero tolerance approach towards scammers, time wasters and "no show"; we reserve the right to impose a penalty which will cover any cost incurred, such as but no restricted to banking and actual delivery costs. 



Please return damaged product(s) immediately with our delivery team. Any damaged products must be reported within 72 hours. You can either return the damaged item(s) to our store situated at 49 Woburn Avenue (excluding Sundays and public holidays), and get a full refund, including delivery fees, or request an exchange which will be done in the next 48 hours.



Under our Free Refund Policy, if you are not completely satisfied, either return the item(s) immediately with the delivery team, or return it unused in the next 7 days to our store situated at 49 Woburn Avenue (excluding Sundays and public holidays), and get a full refund, including delivery fees.


Our Free Return Policy doesn’t apply to product that were exchanged, sold in-store, assembled, customized and/or made-to-order.


We strongly recommend being present at home on the day of delivery so you can benefit from our hassle-free return option. If you aren't satisfied, simply return the goods with our delivery team. 

All item(s) must be free of any damage, in an unused condition (no odor, stain, or wear). and for hygienic reasons mattresses must be in their original packaging unsealed. If the original packing was removed on other furniture, please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the product is damaged and/or appears to have been used.



Refunds will be processed within five business days from date of return


We stand by our furniture with a warranty that covers defects in materials* and workmanship for one year, starting on the date of delivery. Our warranty doesn’t cover foam and filling materials, normal wear and tear, and defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes.
